Mr. Nguyễn Văn Tú, 37 years old, lives in Bồn Bồn hamlet, Thạnh Phong Commune, Vĩnh Long Province. The family has four members: Mr. Tu, his wife and their two children—an older son in grade 6 and a younger child in grade 1 (both children were at school and not at home when the pictures were taken). The family does not own any farmland and works day to day, doing whatever jobs are available for hire.
