Mr. Nguyen Van Truong, 35, lives in Thanh hamlet, Binh Thanh commune, Thanh Phu district, Ben Tre province. His family has four members: Mr. Truong, his wife, and their two children. He works as a bricklayer and his wife takes any jobs offered and they only earn enough to purchase rice. As there is no well in their house, they have to request permission from their neighbors to take water from them, so they really need a well with fresh water.
