Mrs. Vo Thi Thuy Kieu,  31 years old, currently resides in Con Rung village, Thanh Hai province, Thanh Phu District.  There are 4 people in her household: herself, her husband and 2 children.   The husband digs clams at the seasides for the landlord and only gets to go home once in a while.   The family does not have a well and has to buy water for daily use.   It is very costly, around 1 dollar each day.   They are desperately in need of a well.
