 In memory of Ông Bà Luyện Quang Đăng

Phan Van Luoc, age 35, of Voi Duoc, Thanh Hai Village, Thanh Phu District is living with his wife and their 2 children. Both husband and wife do odd jobs for people.  They don't have a well and  the water store is far way.  The cost of water and transportation is about 1 US dollar a day, and for them it is painful.

Phan Văn Luốc, 35 tuổi, ở Voi Đước, xã Thạnh Hải, huyện Thạnh Phú. Có vợ và 2 người con. Cả 2 vợ chồng hằng ngày ai thuê gì làm nấy. Nhà không có cây nước nên phải mua từ xe về xài mỗi ngày hết khoảng 1 USD tiền nước.
