 In memory of Ông Bà Luyện Quang Đăng

Huynh Thi Lam, age 36, of Voi Duoc, Thanh Hai Village, Thanh Phu District is living with her husband and their 2 children. Her husband works for people at the seaside and she does odd jobs for people.  They have no land and no well.   The water store is far away.   The cost of water and transportation is about 1 US dollar a day, and for them it is very overwhelming.

Huỳnh Thị Lắm, 36 tuổi, ở Voi Đước, xã Thạnh Hải, huyện Thạnh Phú. Có chồng và 2 con. Chồng đi cào thuê ở biển không có nhà vơ ở nhà ai thuê gì thì làm nấy. Nhà không có ruộng đất, không có cây nước phải mua từng xe chở về xài mỗi ngày 1 USD tiền nước.
